You are young and clutching at straws. I say never go back. You have to remember that he is your ex for a reason otherwise you would still be together. Chasing can be so unattractive and demeaning so why give yourself the heart ache. Move on!
Do you know if they still like you in that way, just talk to them and tell them oyu want to get back together... it worked with me any my ex and he's four hours away!
